She has performed design services for clients for nearly 25 years through her former firm The Bienz Design Group with a variety of successful projects throughout the Seattle metropolitan area and a specific focus on the Eastside.
Joining with significant local and national home builders, we achieved immediate success in the design and preparation of working drawings for single family custom and speculative residences. The volume of houses produced by these builders has enabled the exploration of many design styles and construction methodologies as well as expanding our scope of services to include, lot reviews for full plats. With this, the firm now provides builder clients with recommendations regarding plan selection and lot assignment, house siting, and house or view orientation.

In the mid 1980’s, the office transistioned to preparing all drawings with AutoCAD. This occurred well ahead of most other architectural offices in the area, or nation, and has grown to the current level of technical experience, which continues to exceed most. This has enabled Architecture Integrated to prepare accurate and concise plan sets with a quality and ease in interpretation, receiving compliments from both clients and other industry professionals as well as the positive remarks from building department officials.

From the inception of the design company twe have prepared working drawings for over 1,300 single family homes and 400 condominium units ranging from 950 S.F. to 20,000 S.F., indicating a level of experience, versatility, and customer satisfaction.
